Alina Mukhametrakhimova
Alina Mukhametrakhimova was born in 1990 in Ufa. Graduated from the Musical College at the Moscow State Conservatory (2009), and then Gnessins Music Academy in piano class (2014). She entered the second faculty - computer music and arrangement, where she studied composition in the class of Professor V.S. Ulyanich (2011-2015).
Member of Union of Composers of Russia (since 2021) , winner of the project of the Union of Composers of Russia and "Peredelkino" project "Lectures on Russian Literature" (2021), Winner of the "Notes and Quotes" competition (2023), Gran - Prix of the Open Space festival in Moscow (2023), Nominee of the Art Theatre Prize (2024)
Took lessons and master classes from A. Khubeev, D. Kurlyandsky, F. Verunelli, K. Rosenberger, P. Jodlowski, Y. Robin, M. Matalon, P.Billone, M. Stroppa, C. Ianotta, D. Papageorgiou, A. Black, F. Bedrossyan
As an artist she is interested in poetry, history and philosophy and sees her creative method as an escapist game with symbols and narratives. To embody her ideas, she uses objects, performative elements and electronics. She seeks a way to structure a mythopoetic space of her own that would feel real.
